Delivery Policy

1. How you receive the plugin

The plugin is downloaded from our pricing page and installed in WordPress under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. It is available immediately, at any time, from anywhere.

2. How your licence is delivered

• Free trial: activates instantly when you click Start free trial in WordPress.
• Paid licence: after a successful payment you are returned to your store, and the licence activates automatically, usually within a minute. Razorpay also emails you a payment receipt.
• The licence is delivered electronically to the store you paid from. There is no key to copy or type.

3. If your licence does not activate

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → CouponStack and click Check licence again.
2. If it still has not activated within 1 hour, email support@couponstack.website with your store address and the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it manually or refund you in full.

4. Updates

While your licence is active, plugin updates are delivered through the normal WordPress updates screen.
